JOB TITLE : Customer Service Test Center Administrator
REPORTS TO : Customer Service Test Center Manager

JOB OVERVIEW :
The Test Center Administrator (TCA) serves as the face of Prometric in test centers worldwide. These emerging professionals are part of a growing specialization within the company and thrive in fast-paced environments that support people taking life-changing exams. The position requires TCAs to verify candidate identification, monitor exams, and maintain strict policies and guidelines to uphold the highest standards for exam integrity in the world. Prometric employs more than 600 TCAs worldwide who are highly respected for their ability to lead and control the computer-based test center environment.
AVAILABLE SCHEDULE :
- Part-Time - AM Schedule 7-12 : 30 and PM Schedule 12-6pm
- Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work various shifts from Monday to Saturday between 7am - 6pm. Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling.
- This is strictly a part-time position and will remain 15-20 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed.
- Schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
