Your Role:
As a Pool Bartender, you will be the heart of our poolside service, engaging with a diverse membership that includes young families and some of Northwest Ohio’s most distinguished professionals. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service in a fun, relaxed atmosphere, ensuring our members and guests enjoy their time by the pool.

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a variety of beverages with efficiency and accuracy.
- Deliver friendly, attentive service that enhances the guest experience.
- Engage with members, using their names and personalizing interactions.
- Accurately process orders and payments through our Point-of-Sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Follow all safety and alcohol service regulations to ensure responsible service.
- Assist with general poolside dining operations, including setup and cleanup.
Qualifications:
- A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and operate Point-of-Sale systems.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
