Job Summary:
We are looking for courteous and dependable Valet Parking Attendants who will provide exceptional customer service by safely and efficiently parking and retrieving members' and guests' vehicles. Ideal candidates are professional, personable, and committed to delivering excellent hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
- Manage traffic flow efficiently during club events and busy times.
- Provide exceptional service by assisting with luggage, directions, and club information.
- Ensure the safety and security of all parked vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the valet area.
- Occasionally assist in serving alcohol during special events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age (required for alcohol service).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Previous valet or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
