What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Electrical Foreman position at Sylvester Electric, Inc?
Family-owned Electrical service company in business for 20 years seeks experienced, licensed electrical technicians to join our outstanding team and support our growth
Qualifications:
Must have MA Electricians license (preferred candidates will also have NH license)
Must have experience in running small (4-6 person) teams on commercial projects
Must have experience in working hand in hand with general contractors and commercial clients
Must be familiar with able to read and understand blueprints and electrical plans
Must be willing to be hands on and not just a supervisor
Can communicate equally well with field, office and clients
Proven history of meeting deadlines and maintaining projects at or under budget
Must have valid drivers license and own transportation
Must be available between 5am and 4pm Mon-Fri. with some flexibility to work later if needed and nights and weekends if the job requires it.
Must be willing to work in the office and based in the local area to Dracut, Ma. This is not a WFH position.
Must have strong familiarity with electrical code and ensure all work done meets current code requirements
Dedication, strong work ethic and a do it right the first time mentality are key.
Must pass drug and background screenings
Compensation:
- $85,000 to $105,000 per year
