We are seeking an experienced commercial electrical foreman to join our team at Sylvester Electric, Inc. As a licensed electrical technician, you will be responsible for leading small teams on commercial projects, working with general contractors and clients, and ensuring all work meets current code requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Run small (4-6 person) teams on commercial projects
• Work hand in hand with general contractors and commercial clients
• Read and understand blueprints and electrical plans
• Be hands on and not just a supervisor
• Communicate equally well with field, office and clients
• Meet deadlines and maintain projects at or under budget
• Ensure all work done meets current code requirements
• Dedication, strong work ethic and a do it right the first time mentality are key.
Requirements
• MA Electricians license (NH license is also preferred)
• Valid drivers license and own transportation
• Available between 5am and 4pm Mon-Fri. with some flexibility to work later if needed and nights and weekends if the job requires it.
