Professional Cleaner

Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced cleaner to join our team! You’ll handle daily restaurant cleaning (kitchens, dining areas, and more), weekly building maintenance, and Airbnb property turnovers. This role requires a flexible schedule—days, nights, and weekends may be needed based on client demands. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle a variety of cleaning and maintenance challenges, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of restaurant spaces (floors, surfaces, equipment, etc.), leaving the restaurant ready for staff to come in and get started for their shift
• Conduct weekly building maintenance
• Clean and prepare Airbnb properties for guest arrivals (beds, bathrooms, kitchens), ensuring top cleanliness, restocking supplies, and handling other turnover details
• Follow safety and sanitation standards
• Adapt to a changing schedule based on client needs
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
• Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to accommodate client schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 40 per week
