Compensation:
- Earn 8% of the total job revenue for the first month of each secured account.
- Earn 3% of the total job revenue for the next five months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new commercial cleaning leads.
- Build relationships with local businesses and decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close service agreements.
- Represent Sylvie's Sweepers with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must work as an independent contractor and manage personal tax responsibilities.
