What You’ll Do:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as required.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to maintain our high standards
- Report supply needs or maintenance issues when needed
- Bring a positive, professional attitude to every job
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
