We are seeking a results-driven Controller to lead our finance, administrative, and HR teams. This key executive role will be based at our head office in Nampa, Idaho. If you are enthusiastic about leadership, financial strategy, and operational excellence, we want you to be on our team!
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial reports.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team to drive company growth and stability.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Monitor financial KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Oversee internal audits and consult with external auditors to ensure compliance.
- Evaluate ROI for capital investments and financing decisions.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
Administrative Leadership
- Lead administrative staff in managing business filings, registrations, licensing, and compliance.
- Oversee contract approvals and vendor account management.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Assign and oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Human Resources Management
- Supervise payroll staff and work with payroll processors to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and compliance.
- Support HR staff in talent management and policy enforcement.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for administrative personnel.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting, finance, or related roles; public accounting and auditing experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred); strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Leadership: Proven management experience with the ability to oversee multiple departments.
- Soft Skills: Meticulous, strong problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, and effective team collaboration.
- Customer Service: 2-5 years of experience in customer relations is a plus.
