Project Superintendent
Job Overview
As a Project Superintendent at Syman, Inc., you will be assigned to work with two Project Managers and assist them with the day-to-day tasks of managing their projects and clients, coordinate jobs within the company’s internal teams, and help complete the jobs to client’s satisfaction. You must be effective in communicating at every level and be self-motivated. As a Superintendent, you will be required to coordinate with all teams, join meetings, assist in tracking the status of jobs and budgets, and help the PM manage their jobs from start to finish.
Responsibilities for Project Superintendent
· Assist the PM in developing client relationships
· Estimate and bid new projects - Prepare estimates/contracts to send to clients
· Create Service Orders, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders for contracted work
· Ensure all contracted work is completed correctly and assist with invoicing all completed work
· Assist with internal/external coordination from PM, crews, & client communication
· Assist with project budget tracking and help monitor profitability for each job
· Assist with project schedules, maps, specifications, and detailed instructions for each job
· Coordinate jobs with our teams and communicate between PMs and other departments
· Assist and coordinate inspections and corrective actions
· Perform site visits to coordinate with design and installation work
· Under the direction of the PM, help manage the overall project’s scope from start-to-finish
Qualifications for Project Superintendent
· Basic knowledge of software programs, such as NetSuite, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
· Ability to write reports and professional correspondence
· Ability to read and comprehend technical documents
· Excellent verbal communications skills
· Ability to identify non-compliance with regulations or standards

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience / Full time position
