Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Guide customers on product usage and best practices
- Build strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Assist in onboarding and training new customers
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous experience in customer support, customer success, or a related role preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests efficiently

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
