*Job Summary* As a Para Educator, you will work alongside teachers to support students in educational settings. Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to create a positive learning environment. *Duties* - Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities - Provide individualized support to students based on their learning needs - Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment - Support classroom management and behavior reinforcement - Collaborate with teachers to develop and adapt curriculum materials - Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers - Assist with student supervision during various activities *Qualifications* - Experience working with children in educational settings - Knowledge of early childhood education principles - Familiarity with curriculum development and childhood development stages - Ability to effectively manage a classroom environment - Experience in Montessori, preschool, or private school settings is a plus
