What are the responsibilities and job description for the SLPA position at Symbal Education?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in providing high-quality speech and language therapy services. The SLPA will assist with therapy sessions, documentation, and communication with students, patients, and families.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the SLP.
✅ Conduct individual and group speech therapy sessions under supervision.
✅ Support students/patients with articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
✅ Collect and document data on client progress.
✅ Prepare therapy materials and resources.
✅ Communicate with teachers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals regarding client needs.
✅ Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
