Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing educational and behavioral programs under the supervision of a teacher
- Support students with disabilities or special needs in various classroom activities
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals regarding student progress
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed
Experience
- Prior experience working with children, preferably in a childcare, daycare, preschool, or educational setting
- Knowledge of literacy education and childhood development practices
- Experience working with students with disabilities is a plus
- Familiarity with Montessori principles is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
