Job Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth. Your work will involve managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Duties
- Develop and post job descriptions across various platforms
- Source and screen candidates through resumes, applications, and interviews
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruitment strategies
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet hiring deadlines
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
