In the role of Supply Chain Manager, we need someone who is not afraid to be the face and voice of Symbia for our Clients. The ideal person is going to understand 3PL Operations, have a strong understanding of Logistics, be a great communicator, and have outstanding organizational skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be an ambassador! You will be a strong voice for our clients and our Operations Team.
- Participate and Motivate! You will be involved in client meetings and internal team meetings to obtain and communicate feedback, process appropriate action plans, and encourage our team to outperform our clients' expectations.
- Relationship Expert! You will build and maintain strong Client relationships with assigned accounts, including full account management, billing, understanding contractual needs, etc.
- Work with Operations and IT to onboard new clients and implement software changes and contractual terms.
- Quote special projects, ensuring profitability based on time studies and data analytics.
- Strong and competent problem solvers, as we want all challenges to be met in a proactive manner.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis to find cause of issues and immediately work to rectify any situation.
- Proficient in setting, tracking, and monitoring metrics and KPIs.
- Present data, proposals, business reviews and more with the Clients, including creating specialty reports and creating Quarterly Business Reviews both internally and externally.
- The right person will have a strong start-up mentality and be willing to roll their sleeves up and do the work of being on the floor and working on the floor to make sure the Clients needs are always met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
