We are seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to join our dynamic team and help us continue the rapid growth we have been experiencing. The Director of Sales and Marketing will primarily take the lead in promoting our company in person to local hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, doctors offices, and many other similary places. This role would also involve coordinating care for patients and ensuring patients are able to receive the care they are in need of. Successful employees in this position have needed to be effective in time management, efficient, highly organized, creative, and a detail-oriented professional. You must be capable of handling multiple responsibilities at once and maintaining a positive outlook and demeanor to external accounts and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Create and cultivate a positive view of Symbii for both patients and accounts
- Consistently and effectively call on assigned and new accounts
- Identify needs in the community and propose solutions for how we can better serve our patients
- Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
- Increase our patient volume for home health, hospice, and our physician group.
- Be available to help with special projects and research as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
