Symbii Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Part Time or PRN Registered Nurse or LPN to join our team!

What will you do as a registered nurse/community liaison at Symbii?

• This will be a Part Time or PRN position that has the potential to grow into more as we grow our patient census and service area(s).
• Communicate with the physician, your interdisciplinary team, and other caregivers to coordinate the best care possible for your patients.
• Prepare clinical notes and identify discharge planning needs as part of the care plan development and implement prior to discharge of patient.
• Instruct, supervise, and evaluate CNAs and LPNs as directed.
• This position plays an integral role in team continuity and overall job satisfaction for the other nurses in our agency as well as much needed after hours care for our patients when they need it most.

Job Requirements:

Must possess a valid RN or LPN license in the State of Wyoming

Must hold/or be able to obtain a current CPR certification

Must hold a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

Experience in community outreach/marketing preferred

Compensation: $35-$45 mileage
