Description:
We are seeking a skilled Flexo Press Operator to join our team at one of our esteemed clients in the label printing industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in flexographic color label press operation and a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing setting related to label press operation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setup and operation of flexo presses
- Adjusting press settings to match paper sizes
- Feeding paper through the press cylinders
- Conducting start-up checks and securing start approvals
- Maintaining the highest quality standards with minimal scrap and above-average productivity
- Adhering to 6S guidelines and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.)
- Able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
