Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operational departments to identify solutions aligned with organizational strategies.
- Develop relationships with management and employees, resolving conflicts and driving change and improvement.
- Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and policy administration.
- Administer bi-weekly payroll and manage concurrent position requisitions.
- Lead talent management programs, performance reviews, and onboarding.
- Optimize business processes for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws.
- Participate in audits and plant staff meetings.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience; food & beverage industry background preferred.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) or proficiency in other languages.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- PHR Certification (or equivalent); SPHR certification preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in factory environments.
