We are seeking a skilled Cell Operator to join our team at Symbotic. As a key member of the Customer Operations organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating automated adapters that interface with our robotic material handling system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, automation, or manufacturing, with a minimum of 1 year of experience working with mechanical automation systems. You will be proficient in performing system inspections, troubleshooting issues, and prioritizing work to maximize uptime and throughput.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be able to work safely, follow procedures and manuals, and multitask to perform multiple job functions simultaneously. About Our Environment
- You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with steep stairs and high railings.
- Subject to environmental conditions, including temperature changes from 105°F to 32°F.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when working on construction sites.
- Frequent ability to lift up to 50lbs and move items weighing up to 80lbs.
- Prolonged standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms.
