What we need
The Senior Implementation Project Manager will work with cross-functional leaders including design, engineering, supply chain, finance, installation, commissioning, testing, operations, suppliers, and the customer to plan and implement automation solutions at client sites. The Senior Implementation Project Manager's primary goal is to ensure the teams are aligned, plans are executed, issues / risks are managed effectively, and communications are crisp to ensure the successful execution of technically complex projects. This position will be a highly visible role and will interact with all departments and levels across the company including customer and Symbiotics executive management. This role may have supervisory responsibilities over one or more project managers.

Our Project Management team plays a critical role in technical automation projects, ensuring that the project is successfully executed, on time, and within budget. They serve as a key liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and management, ensuring that the project is executed smoothly and successfully, meeting its objectives and delivering value to the organization.
What you'll do
- Responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality) on the current project assignment.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through project development, from site preparation through system acceptance in accordance with project objectives.
- Work closely with supply chain, engineering managers and leads, and product manager, to ensure rapid execution and on-time, high-quality delivery of complex automation systems projects.
- Interact with and motivate talented engineering teams across multiple locations, harnessing their high energy to deliver high-quality projects.
- Facilitate the identification and resolution of issues, risks, and mitigation.
- Lean-focused, continual improvement of new standards, processes, and procedures that streamline team interactions and communication.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and regularly communicate initiative status to teams and stakeholders (internal and external).
- Responsible for the overall success of projects which includes cost, schedule, and quality.
- Reviews status and monitors variances on projects, plans and mitigates risks, and provides necessary updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the conduit for communication from the client to related parties within the company, EPC's, and subcontractors.
- Foster a culture focused on transparency, speed of decision-making, and a synchronized partnership within project teams.
