Are you ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our 100% employee-owned team at Symbria Rehab ! This is a Full-Time split position between Addolorata Villa in Wheeling, IL and Asbury Court in Des Plaines, IL .
As an Occupational Therapist at Symbria, you’ll help individuals of all ages overcome physical, mental, and emotional challenges, empowering them to engage in daily activities and improve their quality of life. Your expertise will make a meaningful impact, helping patients regain independence and function.
Responsibilities
?? What You’ll Do:
- ?? Develop customized treatment plans to enhance patient independence and overall well-being.
- ?? Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes for patients.
- ????? Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure the highest quality care.
- ?? Maintain productivity standards and complete necessary documentation with precision.
- ?? Build lasting relationships with patients, making a real difference in their lives.
Qualifications
?? What You’ll Need:
- ?? Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program .
- ?? Valid or pending state license (for newer graduates).
- ?? Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus , but not required!
