- Location: Cover the West Bend, WI area with potential to travel up to a 30-mile radius (we can consider a smaller territory).
- Flexible Schedule: Set your own hours—no fixed start or end times!
- No Home Health Experience Required!
- Mileage Reimbursement according to company policy.
- Clinical Fellows Welcome! We offer supervision and training.
- We are open to:
- Part-Time: Regular weekly hours between 20-29.
- PRN Status: Maximum flexibility with no minimum weekly hours.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet your patients' needs.
- Creatively execute clinical and educational programs to enhance speech therapy outcomes.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while meeting productivity standards and completing required documentation.
- Help patients achieve meaningful results and be a trusted partner to the communities you serve.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!
- While Home Health or related experience is a plus, it’s not required.
