Symbria is excited to welcome a PRN SLP to our Rehab Team at Featherstone at Hickory Hill in Iowa City, IA—a brand new assisted living and memory care community opening its doors on August 2024. Responsibilities
As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you’ll:
Develop personalized speech-language treatment plans that make a measurable difference.
Implement innovative and engaging therapeutic strategies tailored to each resident’s goals.
Contribute to patient outcomes that go beyond expectations—and into everyday quality of life.
Complete essential documentation and support clinical excellence in every interaction.
This is a PRN position designed with flexibility in mind—perfect for professionals looking to make consistent contributions while balancing other commitments.
Qualifications
A degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
A valid Iowa state license (or eligibility to obtain one).
A collaborative spirit and passion for working with older adults.
Experience in post-acute, rehab, or long-term care settings is helpful—but not required!
