Symetra's Internship Program for Summer 2025 is entirely remote - all interns will learn and work in a virtual setting. The internship duration is 12 weeks running from May 20 - August 9.

Your responsibilities may include
- Work with Symetra Investment Management Company's Legal department on various investment transactional, corporate governance, and general corporate projects
- Regulatory research
- Creating and presenting internal communications
- Coordination with SIM compliance, SIM business teams, and corporate affiliates
- Securities transactional document review, editing, and organization
Your education, experience, and skills
- Current law student or recent law school graduate (class of 2024)
- Strong interest in investment, corporate finance and/or regulatory legal practice
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to successfully work independently and with a team
- Detail-oriented
- Well organized
- Able to think "outside of the box"
