Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join us as an Associate Training Specialist!
About the role
As an Associate Training Specialist, you'll be responsible for design, development, implementation and facilitation of new hire and tenured staff training.
What you will do
- Deliver technical, procedural, product, and customer service training to new and existing employees, in groups and one-on-one.
- Build formalized training plans for new employees and respond to training needs for existing employees.
- Work closely with team leads and managers for planning and collaboration.
- Develop training modules to support new and existing employee technical, procedural, and customer service needs.
- Develop / maintain procedural and system procedures, and associated reference materials and job aids as needed.
- Collaborate with management and quality assurance in assessing ongoing training opportunities by identifying focus areas within the department.

Compensation
Salary Range : $26.30-$43.87 hourly plus eligibility for the company annual bonus program.
