About the role
In this role, you will drive successful enrollment strategy for new sales and re-enrollments, in partnership with the sales, implementation, and account management teams. You will be responsible for training, guiding, and supporting enrollment through communication, and platform/technology strategies to improve engagement and program participation.
What you will do
- Provide strategic oversight of engagement and enrollment strategy to increase enrollment outcomes
- Monitor enrollment activities, results and find opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the organization has a robust re-enrollment strategy and the resources to drive successful outcomes
- Serve as strategic advisor in key sales presentations and finalist meetings regarding benefit enrollment, eligibility, billing, and claims
- Develop solutions that align to customer needs, business goals, and meet partner objectives
- Define, collect, and report on enrollment metrics
- Cultivate best practices to optimize enrollment results
- Engage with enrollment partners at the senior leadership level to promote mutually beneficial relationships
- Maintain oversight of enrollment firms and other related enrollment support partners. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing relationships as well as expansion opportunities
- Develop tools and resources to grow the self-service/platform-based enrollment business
- Align operational capabilities in support of platform enrollment. Identify and coordinate enrollment resources as needed
- Collaborate with marketing and the field to develop customized client communication materials
- Identify and use emerging forms of employee education and communication to drive employee engagement
- Create and present voluntary/enrollment materials to support internal training
- Collaborate with sales effectiveness and operations to identify and support process improvements that drive increased sales/persistency, create efficiencies, and improve the customer experience
- Support enrollment team in platform evaluation, testing and implementation with a focus on engagement, communication capabilities, and customer experience
- Define and develop enrollment workflows
- Remain current on data, trends, and opportunities
- Adjust strategies to build competitive marketplace advantage

Compensation
Salary Range: $103,300 - $172,200 plus eligibility for annual bonus program
Who you Are
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
- 7 years related work experience in voluntary benefit enrollment
- In depth understanding of benefit enrollment vehicles, process, timelines, and factors that drive engagement
- Thorough knowledge of group benefits including Life, Disability, Critical Illness, Accident and Hospital indemnity
- Proven track record of developing and implementing creative enrollment strategies that deliver desired results
- Understanding of broker, enrollment firm and enrollment platform partner drivers
- Strong understanding of enrollment platform capabilities and associated technologies
- Knowledge of decision support tool capabilities and effective utilization to drive engagement
- Experience developing custom marketing and communication materials
- Life Health Insurance License preferred
