Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Visual Designer !
About the role
As a Visual Designer you'll be responsible for supporting our Senior and Lead Visual Designers on the execution of Symetra's expansive brand design system. Our Visual Designer is responsible for production work and creation while developing and supporting design solutions that result in compelling, effective high-end sales and marketing materials.
What you will do
- Design, maintenance, and production of materials for the marketing, sales and brand goals of the entire corporation, specifically three primary business divisions that provide insurance, investment and employee benefit products and services
- Supports various shared service teams, employee resource groups and internal initiatives, including the brand events team, corporate communications and our sports sponsorships

Compensation
Salary Range : $58,300 - $97,200 plus eligibility for bonus program
