Summary : This position serves as the primary assistant to the Administrator and provides advanced administrative support in all facets of the Administrator’s work such as compiling reports, organizing meetings, planning activities and distribution of public information.
Responsibilities :
- Maintains residential and business database
- Coordinates the preparation, production and distribution of the Township’s newsletters
- Issues press releases and creates news content for the Township’s website and Facebook page
- Serves as secretary to the Zoning boards
- Serves as webmaster
- Administers Township’s recycling programs
