The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling high-dollar capital equipment and software solutions to hospitals and health systems within the Greater Boston area market. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Previous experience selling into hospitals, IDNs and healthcare systems is a MUST.

Total compensation ranges from $260,000 to $300,000.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with current customers, identify new customers and develop relationships for the purpose of selling solutions.
- Develop sales plans to expand market share within the assigned territory.
- Selling in a TEAM environment, utilizing specialists, managers and other relevant team members when needed.
- Stay abreast of changes in the marketplace, market trends and dynamics within the territory and the industry.
- Give presentations and coordinate product demonstrations.
- Work with marketing, product development, product management and other departments providing timely feedback on products and issues.
