Summary
Responsible for administering physical and financial natural gas transaction confirmations, amendments and other contract modifications.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Process physical and financial natural gas commodity transaction confirmations.
- Interface with counterparties for timely dispute resolution.
- Perform assigned SOX controls and testing as well as supporting periodic audits and reviews.
- Interface with Trading, Scheduling and IT to perform counterparty and related data mappings through the ICE trading platform, as well as ICE eConfirm.
- Maintain and track status of contract documents.
- Maintain complete and accurate contract records in electronic format that are organized in a manner that is effective and accessible for stakeholders. Responsible for maintenance and integrity of contractual reference data in ETRM system.
Education
Requires a bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and work experience.
Experience
Requires a t l east two years of gas industry trading experience in contract administration, settlements, trading, scheduling, mid office or back office.
