Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a collaborative spirit, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.
Duties
- Provides up-to-date product knowledge and support to team members and clients
- Serves as a backup to the advisors to further educate clients and help move opportunities forward
- Actively manages and mines the book of business for opportunities to improve client outcomes
- Responsible for escalating new business issues with providers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare proposals and illustrations for sales opportunities including Morningstar Comparison Reports
- Generates income plan worksheets for advisor and client use
- Create financial plans in eMoney or similar financial modeling software
- Serves as the wholesaler liaison for the office and schedules monthly office visits
- Act as a backup for client reviews, when needed
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving sales processes and customer engagement.
- Keeping Redtail up-to-date with your notes, action items, and status updates
- Special projects as assigned
- Responsible for documenting their role and creating SOPs and workflows for their roles
- Other roles and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have FINRA licenses and life and health insurance license
