Required Skills/Abilities:
Must have 1 to 3 years of experience from a full-time position or internship in IT support.
Must have A or equivalent certification
College coursework within MIS/CIS is helpful
Good organization skills and the ability to work autonomously is mandatory
Must have Windows desktop support, Office365 support, hardware troubleshooting including peripherals.
