We are looking for certified nursing aides to work as a restorative aide.
The role of a restorative aide consist of:
- Assisting nursing staff in providing restorative care to residents and patients.
- Performing restorative and therapy tasks on patients as delegated.
- Maintaining an integrated approach toward patient outcomes through restorative nursing programs.
- Gathering and documenting on patients’ data for restorative therapeutic purposes.
- Serving meals to residents and patients in a restorative facility.
- Monitoring and keeping track of changes in residents under restorative nursing care.
- Initiating and implementing group and individualized restorative nursing programs.
- Assisting nursing staff in bathing, dressing and grooming residents.
