Symphony Concrete Coatings is looking for a motivated, professional, and goal-driven Assistant Crew Leader (ACL) to join our growing team! You’ll meet every morning at our warehouse in Tyngsborough, MA to discuss daily job assignments, assist in loading the day’s necessary materials into our work vehicles, and participate in the grinding and coating of a variety of different concrete spaces such as basements, walkways, and garages. We sell a highly desirable exclusive product with a high closing percentage and incredible selling features that look wonderful for years to come!

What You’ll Do
- Start promptly at 7:00am Monday-Friday at our warehouse in Tyngsborough, MA
- Use departmental systems for photo uploads and payroll time punching
- Operate in teams of 2-3 fully assisting in the completion of coating installations
- Maintain top-tier customer service from start to finish all all installations
- Use provided equipment such as orbital floor grinders to prepare concrete surfaces
- Apply our 3-phase coating process with meticulous attention to details
- Leave a clean job site once the installation is complete
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of all equipment including vehicles, grinders, etc
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in landscaping, solar panel installation, or concrete coatings
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who thrives independently and manages their schedule
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Available for daily 7:00am start times Monday through Friday
- Professional appearance with clear communication skills
- Physically able to between 50-100 pounds without assistance
- Comfortable driving long distances when needed

This is an hourly pay and bonus compensation plan.
Average on target compensation is $44,000-$48,000 per year.
