Job Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud (CPQ platform) to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires hands-on development, peer code review, and technical leadership in Salesforce CPQ migrations and upgrades. Experience with RLM (Revenue Lifecycle Management) is a strong plus.
As a key technical leader, you will work closely with the functional architect to design scalable solutions, ensure best practices, and drive innovation within the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).
-Architect solutions that support complex pricing models, discount structures, and subscription-based billing.
-Provide hands-on development for custom Salesforce components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex triggers, and integrations.
-Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive quality improvements.
-Mentor developers and provide guidance on Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce integration best practices.
-Collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels.
-Lead integrations with enterprise systems.
-Define and oversee data migrations related to Salesforce CPQ implementations and upgrades.
-Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to security best practices, compliance requirements, and Salesforce governance frameworks.
-Maintain and improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
-Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud (CPQ platform).
-Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API development experience.
-Knowledge of Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) is a big plus.
-Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems or applications (i.e. Marketo, Informatica, Oracle Financials, Copado, Conga CLM, etc.)
-Strong knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset).
-Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication with stakeholders.
-Salesforce Architect-level certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect, CPQ Specialist).
