The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care is provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure the highest level of patient care is provided
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Manage the nursing budget and ensure resources are used effectively
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, not required
- Active Illinois nursing license
