PART-TIME ASSISTED LIVING SALES ADVISOR
Symphony Care Network, a premier provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, and assisted living memory care services, is seeking a part-time Assisted Living Sales Director for our charming Symphony Tri-Cities location.
PURPOSE:
To authentically build relationships and advise our prospects and their families through the assisted living decision.
To market and promote the center to the population who need assisted living and/or memory care and to any referral sources who could recommend our quality services.
To assist in obtaining budgeted census and position the center as “the place to be” through a comprehensive and creative sales plan.
ASSISTED LIVING SALES DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: A high school diploma is required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Related Experience: Experience in health care such as long-term care, assisted/independent living, DME, marketing, lead management, sales, and social media experience preferred.
We are willing to train, but you must demonstrate qualities such as urgency, ability to build relationships, follow-through, and determination.
ASSISTED LIVING SALES DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Internal sales such as SNF to assisted living conversions, phone inquiries, tours, lead management and closing.
- 100% compliance with the CRM.
- Completes initial screening of admissions with the assistance of the AL Director.
- External sales to create/increase referral patterns and leads.
- Create, promote and host monthly community events at the center.
- To create and implement advertising/marketing/social media plans.
- Follow corporate branding standards.
- Community and professional networking.
- Patient/family testimonials and strategies to promote.
- Willing to travel within and outside the surrounding communities.
- Support customer service programs/initiatives for guests and families.
- To coordinate and inform assisted living nursing staff of scheduled admissions.
- To obtain necessary paperwork and deposits for admission and initiate resident records.
