Senior Director of Regulatory Compliance
The Senior Director of Regulatory Compliance should be a subject matter expert in FAA / FCC structure lighting and monitoring. This role will be responsible for FCC and FAA Regulatory Compliance and Environmental including governance on bird studies and policy in addition to compliance regarding aviation marking, lighting, monitoring, management and NOTAM process on all company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- All FCC and FAA filings, documentation, registrations, reporting and correspondence.
- Aviation lights monitoring, management, and NOTAM process.
- Environmental and historic location requirements and compliance.
- Integration of newly acquired sites to Symphony’s portfolio.
- M&A due diligence support.
- Notam Management daily.
- Avg. NOTAM closure 60 days or less.
- Vendor management.
- AM detuning compliance
- Evaluate tower mods that involve height extension.
- Evaluate all ground compound expansion.
- Manage regulatory compliance related Operational and Capital annual budgets.
- Provide KPI’s on the above.
