Responsibilities
- Managing the overall legal needs for the Easements Origination business.
- Managing the overall legal needs of the communications infrastructure and leasing businesses.
- Overseeing the legal work involved in the diligence workflow from the execution of the letter of intent to the hand of the final executed closing package to the Asset Manager and the Easement Archive.
- Conducting negotiations over deal contracts and providing legal guidance on negotiation terms that emerge.
- Ensuring that all legal documentation and approvals have been obtained in a timely fashion.
- Managing the work-flow and relationships involved in diligence and closing with all the engaged parties including : the Origination Managers, legal resources (internal and external), title, EDR / Phase I providers, surveyors, reps and brokers, site owner attorneys, finance and asset management.
