Job Description
We're seeking an experienced nurse to join our team as a part-time AI Clinical Nurse Analyst. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in training and evaluating AI models designed to enhance clinical workflows and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Annotate and label medical notes according to specific guidelines
- Review and provide feedback on AI model outputs
- Collaborate with our AI engineers to refine and improve machine learning algorithms
- Contribute your clinical expertise to ensure our AI solutions align with real-world nursing practices
- Gain insights into the latest advancements in healthcare AI and their practical applications
Qualifications
- Active RN license with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Extensive experience reading and interpreting clinical notes across various specialties
- Comfort with technology and enthusiasm for innovation in healthcare
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities and teamwork orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Preference for candidates on the East Coast (Eastern Time Zone), open to all time zones.
