Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve incidents raised by customers in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage and prioritize support requests efficiently to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Create configuration fixes tailored to customers' specific needs.
- Collaborate with project teams for seamless handovers and effective knowledge transfer.
- Work closely with engineers to provide bug fixes and enhancements, contributing to software improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within ticketing tools.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively and be self-driven and proactive.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues.
