Your role will be pivotal in strengthening client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring alignment with our clients' business objectives. Job Description What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in your assigned accounts, serving as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives. Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive growth, maximize client satisfaction, and ensure the successful adoption of SymphonyAI Retail solutions. Monitor account performance, identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and introduce additional products or services. Address and resolve any client issues or challenges, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and successful outcomes. What You’ll Bring Account Management Experience : Extensive experience managing large accounts, ideally within the retail or technology sectors, with a proven track record of driving growth and client satisfaction. Bilingual Skills : Proficiency in both French and Spanish is preferred, facilitating effective communication with diverse client stakeholders. Relationship-Building Skills : Strong ability to build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders. Strategic Thinking : Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to align solutions with client business goals.
