Job Description
Responsibilities
Serve As The First Point Of Contact For US And Canada Based Employees , HR Program Managers And HRBPs And d Eliver High-quality s Ervice And Support In a Timely Manner On a Broad Range Of Activities Including
- Manage full lifecycle of new hire onboarding activities including delivering new hire orientations.
- Manage full lifecycle of offboarding including conducting exit interviews and sharing relevant feedback and themes with HRBPs and managers.
- Support and prepare documentation for various internal and external audit s; manage changes and updates to employee records .
- Provide responses to various employee queries .
- Administer and track HR and business compliance training across various countries.
- Other duties as required .
Partner with HR systems team to maintain data and foundational record-keeping elements across our HR tech stack.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a HR O ps Partner, Specialist or Coordinator position .
- Possess ex cellent customer service and problem-solving skills ; must have m indset to own, troubleshoot and close cases/issues.
- Ability to operate with a h igh level of integrity and build trusting relationships with employees and HR team members .
- Be e xtremely detail oriented and highly organized , work comfortably under pressure and meet required deadlines.
- Proficient in using HRIS and Talent Acquisition platforms such as UKG, Workday, ADP, and ICIMS , .
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- Bachelor of Arts, Science, or equivalent .
