Job Description :
This role serves as the lead of a growing Sales team focused against a new product offering in our CPG Insights practice. Critical for success in this role will include communicating and demonstrating SRAIs products with a focus on client ROI and enhancement of business performance. The Senior Manager of Business Development will be responsible for New Business activities, from front-of-funnel prospecting through deal close and client onboarding, working closely with the product team and Sales Enablement to develop and execute messaging. Our ideal candidate will have CPG industry experience.
What Youll Do :
- Identify and prospect potential retail CPG clients by utilizing various sources such as industry contacts, market research, networking events, and targeted outreach.
- Understand the business needs and pain points of prospective clients to effectively position SymphonyAIs solutions and services.
- Leverage Sales Enablement Technology, including CRM and Marketing tools, to effectively and efficiently communicate to large groups of prospects.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, ensuring consistent progress through the sales cycle.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Clearly and convincingly articulate product features and benefits along with value proposition to multiple levels within customer organizations and overcome any resistance from prospective clients
- Write and customize proposals and presentations that clearly communicate why the solution is right for specific clients based on their business needs
- Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects, product managers, and implementation specialists, to ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular progress reports to sales leadership, highlighting key wins, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
- Contribute internally to our product roadmaps and standardized assets based on experience and client feedback.
