You will empower top retailers and CPGs to unlock results that were previously out of reach, across merchandising, demand forecasting, inventory, promotions, and store operations. Job Description What You'll Do : Client Strategy & AI Transformation Lead high-impact discussions with executives on how AI is reshaping merchandising, supply chain, and store operations. Conduct discovery workshops to align AI capabilities with customer challenges. Develop and present clear, compelling strategies that resonate with CEOs, COOs, and supply chain leaders. AI-Powered Retail & Supply Chain Optimization Design and deploy AI-driven solutions for merchandising, forecasting, replenishment, and execution. Identify opportunities to improve pricing, promotions, inventory, store operations and logistics. Understand, shape, and influence customer demand through pricing, promotions, product assortment and planograms. Improve forecast accuracy, reduce waste, and enhance supply chain agility. Show, don’t tell—deliver live product demonstrations that make the value of AI self-evident. Sales, Presales & Solution Design Enable the end-to-end sales process, from discovery through implementation. Build ROI-driven business cases, proving AI’s impact on revenue, costs, and efficiency. Lead pilots, proofs of concept, and ensure smooth adoption and execution. Thought Leadership & Execution Act as a trusted advisor for retailers and CPGs adopting AI across merchandising and supply chain. Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, demand planning, and omnichannel supply chain optimization. Work with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Marketing to refine product positioning and impact. Experience : 7 years in SaaS, supply chain solutions, or consulting for retail and CPG. Retail & Supply Chain Expertise : Strong understanding of merchandising, store execution, category management, demand forecasting, replenishment, logistics, and inventory optimization. Executive Engagement : Proven ability to work with C-suite leaders and drive AI adoption.
