What You’ll Be Doing

- Define program objectives, scope, and success metrics.
- Align projects with organizational goals and ensure they contribute to overall business growth.
- Develop a roadmap for program execution, identifying key milestones and dependencies.
- Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with strategy and priorities.
- Work closely with project managers to monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Balance resources across projects and optimize workflows for efficiency.
- Communicate program goals, updates, and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and operations.
- Manage expectations and ensure stakeholders are informed of potential risks and issues.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Address challenges proactively, ensuring program success despite obstacles.
- Continuously assess program performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
- Provide detailed program updates, including timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
- Use feedback and lessons learned to improve future program execution.
- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in finance, and/ or debt settlement.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and make strategic decisions.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar leadership role.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) are a plus.
