You will be embedded with The Figueroa Team and their 50 agents that engages with hundreds of active buyers each month.
The team closes 25–30 new buyers per month.
You will play an integral role in team meetings, training sessions, masterminds, lunch and learns, and celebrations.
You will be personally mentored by one of the smartest and most nationally recognized leaders in the industry; Veronica Figueroa .
Your personal ISA will book new buyer appointments directly on your calendar.
You will have access to the latest technology and systems to make closings faster and importantly generate more leads.
Additional marketing dollars for MSA's to other real estate teams/agents that you may already have strong relationships with be available.

REQUIRED: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
REQUIRED: 2–4 years of production experience. You don’t need to be a super producer; we will get you in front of a lot of active buyers.
