The Administrative House Officer coordinates the functions and activities of all hospital departments as a continuous operation 24 hours a day. The house officer manages and provides quality nursing care for hospital patients and outpatients and serves as a senior administrative consultant during the absence of department heads or hospital administration representation. A bachelor''s degree and the successful completion of a approved school of nursing is required; a master''s degree is preferred. Certification as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire, as well as ACLS & PALS certification is required. Three years of experience as a Registered Nurse is required; management experience is preferred.
